This puppy belongs to the woman wich is held upright on the balance. She is smiling, she seems to be happy with the weight indicated on the balance.
The image of this publicity is symbolic system: One sees a woman smiling who has apparently, thanks to Nicorette, known to do to smoke without taking weight.
This publicity is based on the fact that this drug was to test in laboratory and that its effectiveness was proven.
It is noticed that the situation is described in a very humorous way: the author of this publicity wanted to use humour in order to make become aware with the smokers that to stop the cigarette is an act which does not make grow bigger.
